What's involved in a project quote?

Websites

Pricing a website is a highly complex process. When preparing a quote, we consider aspects such as the overall size of the site, the number of subpages, graphic design, and SEO. The quote may also include costs for hosting, domain, and SEO services.

Graphic design

The cost of graphic design depends on two factors: the type of graphic and the complexity of the project. This could include logos, business cards, banners, graphics for auction sites like Allegro, or even animations. We approach each graphic design quote individually.

Video editing

In the video editing quote, we consider the length of the raw footage and the number of videos to be edited.

FAQ

Preparing a project quote takes 2 to 3 days, depending on the complexity of the project and any additional services that need to be provided.

Most projects are completed within 30 days of receiving the deposit. More complex projects may take up to 90 calendar days after the deposit is paid. You will always receive information about the estimated completion time with your quote.

Immediately after you contact us and discuss the details, we start with a free project visualization to ensure we understand your needs as thoroughly as possible. Next, we prepare a cost estimate, and upon receipt of the deposit, we proceed with the project.

Since we are not a registered business, we cannot issue invoices directly. However, as subcontractors for the portal useme.pl, we can issue an invoice through their platform.
